Hospitality Talents, a Recruitment Agency specialising in Hospitality and Catering profiles, is looking for an Operations Manager focused on quality and customer satisfaction, to join the team of our client in London.
In this role, you will supervise all Operations aspect with a team of +350 FTE.
This is a ideal role for a Hotel Manager or a Senior F&B Manager looking for a new challenge and to make a new experience outside the hotel world.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the ground structure
- Liaise with all relevant Heads of Departments
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of company procedures
- Responsible for ensuring a safe working place is maintained
- Responsible for implementing the environmental policy within the base
- Ensures that the terms of the company’s contract are adhered to in a professional manner
- Co-ordinate the rosters and annual leave of base staff
- Responsible for respecting the local legislative requirements
- Maintain a good social dialogue with local Union and Health & Safety Representatives
People Management
- Facilitate the development of the team
- Establishes and maintains good communication
- Contribute to the assessments and PRP’s of the individual team members
- Carry out any disciplinary matters relevant to their team in accordance with the Company procedure
- Responsible for the recruitment and training of his team in conjunction with the Human Resources Manager
Finance Management
- Co-ordination of all budgetary requirements to run the business effectively
- Controlling of all day-to-day expenses and invoices for smooth running of operations
- Investigation of any overspent or non-reimbursable costs
- Responsible for the budget
- Fluent in English. French appreciated
- Hospitality/Hotel Management background
- Computer literate
- Business awareness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication qualities
- Demonstrable management and leadership experience
- Ability to plan, organise and react in a fast-paced environment
