Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Manager to join team of our client a 4* hotel outside Brussels (-50 rooms + small M&E + bar).
As Hotel Manager, you will:

- Drive Business Success: Utilize your commercial acumen to boost sales and maximize revenue in a competitive market.

- A strong track record in driving business within a branded hotel.
- English + Dutch languages. French is appreciated
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and market trends.
- Full time employment contract or Freelance contract (fixed + commission)
