Kobe Desramaults, the Belgian chef renowned for his innovative concepts, is preparing a new gastronomic address in Brussels. On his return from Sicily, he is launching a new project called Eliane.This intimate 18-seat restaurant will open its doors in December on Rue Saint-Laurent, right next to the Belgian Comic Strip Centre and not far from the emblematic Food Market The Wolf. The concept aims to offer a culinary experience centred on quality products, in a warm, uncluttered setting. Keen to reconnect with a Belgian clientele, Kobe sees Eliane as a space for culinary exploration, where authenticity and a passion for local produce will be at the heart of the experience.
